Ben's surgery went beautifully! He is still wearing his eleostomy because the doctor wants to make sure that all is good before she reattach things. He had a rugh day two but day three he was like nothing ever happened. Going up and down, laughing, flirting with the nurses and eating out of mommys treats! Its incredible how fast littles ones can recover. We have been home since tuesday and Benny couldn't be any better.
Next thing coming up is a few stoma studies and if everything looks good surgery again! We are crossing finger for no more poopy bags.

Alex & Cynthia, We are so grateful that all went well with Benjamin. He is such a cute little boy and I agree with you, looks so healthy. We hope and pray that the repairs will be effective and that he can have the second surgery soon and return to a normal little boy. Who would have thought a dirty diaper was something we wanted to see!

Cynthia, the rear view picture is adorable! I think in the future I will wear diapers with any hospital gown - definitely kicks up the cuteness factor and my behind needs all the help it can get!
